Procedure
- Step 1: Using your Torx-20 bit, remove all bolts around the retaining ring
- Step 2: Once the bolts are out, remove the retaining ring surrounding the boot. Then, Gently peel the rubber base from the center console.
- Step 3: Before you can remove the full shifter boot, you will need to remove the shifter knob. Simply unscrew the shifter knob, then remove the shifter boot. 🙂
